Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your Beamz B Ledger account and its associated cloud data without reinstalling the app.

How to submit a request

1. Email us from the address registered to your Beamz B Ledger account.
2. Use the subject line Delete my Beamz B Ledger account.
3. State the registered email address and confirm that you want the account and associated data permanently deleted.
4. We may ask you to complete a limited identity check. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

What will be deleted

• Your Firebase Authentication account and account profile.
• Your personal cloud ledger, categories, items, payment status, budgets and reminder/device records.
• Invitation and sharing records linked to your account, where we control those records.

What may remain

Information stored only on your phone is outside our remote systems; uninstall the app or clear its storage to remove that local copy. Information that another ledger owner created remains part of that owner’s ledger, but your access and identifying invitation link will be removed where applicable.

We may retain a minimal deletion-request or security record for up to 90 days, or longer only where required by law, fraud prevention, security or an unresolved dispute. Backup copies may take a limited additional period to expire through normal backup rotation.
